First Circular (presentation and abstract)
Plenary Speakers - 40 minutes (including discussion)
Invited Speakers - 30 minutes (including discussion)
Oral - 20 minutes (including discussion)
Poster - A0 format
This year, for the first time, there will be an opportunity to give your presentation in the form of oral + poster (under the same title). The poster will allow you to get acquainted with the topic of the presentation before the speech, it can be an expansion of the speech or highlight a specific problem/mechanism/phenomenon.
The poster session is scheduled for Day 3 of the conference but posters can already be hung up at registration. We encourage you to do so.
The book of abstracts will be made available as open access on the conference website with PDF format. A template for preparing your abstract can be downloaded HERE. The preferred format for abstract upload is .docx. The abstract should be submitted via the conference website. The maximum file size is 8 MB. If you have any problems submitting your abstract, please contact the conference organizers. When uploading the abstract, a message may appear saying that the connection is unsafe, please ignore it. The connection is safe because the switchover is within the same ZUT server.
Information about acceptance of the presentation in the preferred form (oral) will be sent to the conference participant's e-mail two weeks after the end of abstract submission. The decision on the form of presentation will be based on the abstract provided in the text box during registration. The abstract file for BoA can be uploaded later (by the date given on the conference website).
